電子支付系統成了現時各家科技巨頭公司必爭領域，Apple 有 Apple Pay，Google 有 Android Pay，而 Samsung 見狀亦推出 Samsung Pay。由於目前各家支付系統正在搶佔市場，Apple 擁有自家平台優勢明顯，而 Google 亦勝在合作伙伴多。至於 Samsung，目前只在旗下的 Galaxy 系列手機上使用，似乎略為不足。據南韓媒體 ETNews 指出，為提升普及率，現時 Samsung 正計劃進軍 iPhone 平台，推出一個叫「Samsung Pay Mini」的 iOS App，允許使用者輸入信用卡資料，從而進行手機支付。除支援 iPhone 外，報導同時還提到會計劃推出 Android App 供其他非 Samsung 旗下的手機品牌使用，希望藉此加快普及。

据北京市政交通一卡通公司消息，一卡通公司将联合手机运营商推出空中发卡业务，适配NFC手机可时刻充当一卡通，实现手机消费和线上充值功能。

据可靠消息，在北京“用手机代替一卡通”的愿望已成为现实。从北京市政交通一卡通公司获悉，一卡通公司联合手机运营商推出空中发卡业务，适配NFC手机可时刻充当一卡通，实现手机消费和线上充值功能。

　　简单来说，空中卡指的就是用户只需1张具有一卡通功能的SIM卡（NFC-SIM卡），再有1部运营商指定的适配NFC手机，就可以将手机变身成一卡通，轻松实现刷手机乘车、坐地铁、消费、充值、查询等业务也可直接在手机上办理。

　　北京一卡通公司相关负责人表示，移动用户可直接前往北京地区任一移动营业厅免费办理SIM卡换卡服务，配合移动“和包”App，轻松在线激活一张一卡通，不再需要工本费用。电信、联通用户暂时不支持此功能。

　　NFC 功能是一种近距离无线通信技术，能在短距离内与兼容设备进行识别和数据交换。具有这种功能的手机即使没电了，仍然可以实现刷卡功能。目前带有NFC功能的手机包括华为、魅族、三星、小米等品牌的大部分机型。而苹果手机不适用于此功能，这是因为苹果NFC功能暂未向第三方开放。

傳谷歌很快奪PayPal雲服務合約

美國CNBC電視台引述消息人士報道，谷歌有機會擊敗亞馬遜與微軟，取得PayPal的雲端服務合約。

消息人士稱，谷歌現時是該個網上支付平台的雲端服務供應商首選，但後者仍未作出最後決定。同時，PayPal可能不會在第四季使用量高峰期更改供應商。該公司現時通過亞馬遜處理雲端服務。

谷歌希望強化雲端業務，與亞馬遜及微軟競逐市場份額。根據Synergy Research，谷歌是全球第四大的雲端服務供應商，佔4%市場份額。亞馬遜最大，佔31%。微軟與IBM分別佔9%與7%。
去年，VMWare創辦人之一的Diana Greene加盟谷歌，主管雲端服務。今年3月，該公司已經成為零售巨擘家得寶(Home Depot)的供應商。

谷歌、PayPal與亞馬遜未有回應上述查詢。

點解要有網上借錢呢? Fintech有好多種,但最流行就係 lending。
原因又係咩呢？

普遍嘅銀行最大收入來源其實係收息，投資其實佔好少。但市場上太多放債公司，所以競爭好大。除左鬥低息之外，仲要鬥方便。

過往宣傳方法不外乎電話推銷，銀行覺得只要出多啲佣金，Sales 自然就會搵到好多生意。但係有幾多人真係會你問佢借唔借錢佢就突然想借姐？

有業內人士計過，每打一百個電話，會同你傾多幾句既最多都係得三個。

加上政府近年收緊廣告電話相關法例，呢行開始難做。仲有，你會唔會放心交資料比個唔知邊到打黎既人呢？

Post opening the session at $37.53, the shares hit an intraday low of $37.06 and an intraday high of $37.70and the price vacillated in this range throughout the day. The company has a market cap of $44.88 billion and the numbers of outstanding shares have been calculated to be 1.21 billion shares.

PayPal reiterates full year 2016 guidance.
PayPal expects net revenues to grow 16% – 19% on an FX-neutral basis, and 14% – 16% at current spot rates to a range of $10.5 to $10.7 billion. PayPal anticipates that currency will be an approximate 3 point headwind on net revenues.
PayPal expects GAAP earnings per diluted share in the range of $1.09 – $1.14 and non-GAAP earnings per diluted share in the range of $1.45 – $1.50.
Estimated non-GAAP amounts above for the twelve months ending December 31, 2016, reflect adjustments of approximately $585 – $615 million in the aggregate that primarily exclude estimates of the following items: stock-based compensation expense, employer payroll taxes on stock-based compensation, and amortization of acquired intangible assets.

Shares of JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) ended Wednesday session in green amid volatile trading. The shares closed up +0.16 points or 0.25% at $65.22 with 9.43 million shares getting traded. Post opening the session at $64.93, the shares hit an intraday low of $64.92 and an intraday high of $65.48and the price vacillated in this range throughout the day. The company has a market cap of $237.68 billion and the numbers of outstanding shares have been calculated to be 3.66 billion shares.

On June 8, 2016 J.P. Morgan Asset Management – Global Real Assets recently hosted its 2016 Global Real Assets Conference in New York. Now in its 16^th year, the annual forum brought together CIOs, heads of real assets, heads of real estate, heads of infrastructure, other investment professionals from leading defined benefit and defined contribution plans, insurance providers, endowments and foundations, and consultants to discuss trends and strategies in real estate, infrastructure and maritime investing around the globe.

Current industry sentiments were captured through a series of polling questions to the group of 155 attendees, including representatives from 130 U.S. and international institutional investors, who travelled from as far as Australia, Korea and Japan to attend. Responses revealed:

51% of attending investors currently allocate 7% to 15% of their total portfolio to real assets with18% of attending investors allocating more than 15%.
75% of attending investors plan to increase their allocation to real assets in the next five years.
41% of attending investors view infrastructure as the most interesting real asset investment opportunity to add to a domestic core real estate allocation.

“In the face of volatile equity markets and inadequate bond yields, we’re seeing investor interest in real assets spike,” said Bernie McNamara, Head of Global Real Assets Client Strategy and Omni Solutions, J.P. Morgan Asset Management. “As they have long done with fixed income and equities, investors are now building larger and more diversified real assets allocations by adding global and sector exposure, including infrastructure, maritime and international real estate to the real asset mainstay, domestic core real estate.”

Yahoo Japan to add PayPal option, broaden travel booking

TOKYO -- Yahoo Japan will strengthen its online hotel booking service via two recent acquisitions, hoping to capture demand from foreigners visiting Japan.

The company will introduce U.S. service PayPal as a payment option in July to system developer Dynatech's booking system covering about 2,400 hotels across Japan. Yahoo acquired Dynatech last year.

PayPal users can pay simply by entering an email address and password -- accessing preregistered credit card information. The service eliminates the burden of entering a name, address and card number for each purchase, and offers a better sense of security. PayPal has 180 million users worldwide and handles transactions of $280 billion a year. It has about 1 million users in Japan.

PayPal will inform its members that hotels can be booked via Dynatech. Dynatech will tout its service to lodging businesses, highlighting prospects of demand from foreigners visiting Japan. Dynatech has a 20% market share in booking systems and aims to raise it to around 30% by 2020.

Yahoo also will set up a booking site via Ikyu, which became a subsidiary in February. Ikyu's existing site covers accommodations priced between 50,000 yen and 60,000 yen ($443 and $531) per night per person. The new site to launch in April will offer a price range of 30,000 yen to 40,000 yen for people seeking features other than luxury. About 1,000 Japanese-style hotels and resorts will be covered. Searches can be narrowed by filters related to hot springs, food and pet accommodation.

Yahoo aims to jazz up its own travel booking services as well. Its Yahoo Travel site currently lists much information from other companies, including some 400 accommodations covered by Dynatech. Yahoo seeks to offer more unique services and plans to catch up with rivals like Rakuten.

Travel-related e-commerce serving consumers totaled about 2.63 trillion yen in 2014, accounting for nearly 60% of the service sector, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry said.

Rakuten and Recruit Holdings each have market shares of over 20%. Yahoo aims to tap the two newly acquired units to prepare for market expansion.
